Work Being Performed:
On the date of September 9th, 2025, our engineers will perform a fiber maintenance to relocate Astound fibers from the NY Empire City Subway network into new Astound manhole systems. Due to the complexity and location of the work being performed, Engineers have scheduled our work between the hours of 8pm ET on September 9th, 2025 to 6am ET on September 10th, 2025. During this time period you will experience an interruption to your services/circuits that should not last beyond 6am on September 10th, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will work closely with our Astound teams until completion of this event.
Impact:
10 hours loss of service is expected during the maintenance event.
